So I was fully aware that Alice + Olivia paired up with Payless, but what I was not fully aware of is that it was a permenant partnership as apposed to a limited time thing... I checked the website once or twice and found a few really cute shoes but nothing that I die over so I didn't ever check back.. well aparently I missed out on an incredible lot of amazing shoes... AND THEY WERE SO CHEAP! The styles that I'm kicking myself for missing are the Claire pump, the Jake slingback and the coveted Madison boot. All I can find on ebay is the Madison boot and they're going for $120... Luckily I'm now aware of this treasure trove and am about to place an order for two shoes that are currently in stores the striped satin sculpted wedge and the sky high platforms.

feeling crafty
I wasn't planning on doing any shopping today, but when my boyfriend called me to tell me he'd found a hot thrifting and antique spot... well, I came running. Originally we were just going to buy a massive iron birdcage but I came across a coat rack with a bunch of purses on it. A white leather gem caught my eye and just so happened to be a vintage coach cross body bag in great condition, marked down 30% from $60. SCORE. Then I found a smaller grey leather bag of the same style... not Coach, but still very cute. I made my way to the front with my purchases, which included the two bags, birdcage, silver candlesticks, and and owl shaped candle.
When I was in New York, I bought about 100 studs so that I could get creative and make some unsuspecting handbag more "me". Well this little grey guy was the one! This was my first attempt at studding but an hour and a half later, I'm so proud of my little bag! Tell me what you think!!

Jeffery Campbell stole my heart...
Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm instantly attracted to ANYTING studded (when done in good taste), but these Jeffery Campbell 'Tick' Wedges are a whole other phenomenon, entirely. I believe I came across these shoes in a personal style blog and it's been true love ever since. I have literally dreamed about this shoe on more than one occasion. Now, while they could be mine for a small price of $160, I have never spent anywhere near that amount of money of shoes. (I'm what some people call cheap and others would call frugal.) The more I look at them, the more I think these are worth every cent, I mean come on, they're haunting me in my dreams!!!

These are another pair of Jeffery Campbell lovelies that I just adore!

One Word: Overalls
I really feel a trand happening here. Think about it, denim is everything right now and jumpers are becoming more and more popular, it only makes sense that overalls make a comeback! Not that I'm sure they were every actually fashionable, but you get my point. I can see it in my mind and to me, it's a no brainer! A cute pair of slightly distressed medium wash overalls with the legs rolled like you would your favorite pair of boyfriend jeans with cute sandals and your done! I would rock that in a heartbeat and trust me, I'm not that daring in my wardrobe choices. You may disagree with me, but keep an eye out! I bet I'm right :)
This pair of overalls are by 7 for all mankind and are available at Saks 5th Avenue

Liberty of London for Target
While in New York, I came across the the Liberty of London for Target pop-up store near Times Square. I wasn't very familiar with the brand, which I now know is hugely iconic.. I was just intriqued by the idea of a pop-up store and the pretty floral exterior. When I walked through the doors, I was immediatly taken back by the visuals of this place. Though the merchandise wasn't really my cup of tea, I walked around for a good 30 minutes in awe of what they did to this place that would only be around for less than a week. I just read in an article that the store actually sold out a day early and they didn't even open their doors on the last scheduled day for the store. This line has apparel for women and children, shoes and housewares. It's definatly worth checking out, either at Target.com or at your local store. What do you think about the Liberty of London line for Target?
